Under the Personal Information Privacy Act, Brock House Society collects personal information from members to confirm eligibility for membership in the Society, to identify contacts in the event of a medical emergency, to fulfill the administrative operations required by the Society, and to communicate with members.
Brock House Society does not disclose member information to any unauthorized person, and we will not permit anyone else to use personal information about our members without our member’s consent. We will protect the confidentiality of personal information with appropriate safeguards.
Brock House Society deems applicants for membership in Brock House Society to have consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes described above. Members may refuse to provide personal information. However, this may limit our ability to serve them.
