From the sun-kissed vineyards of Europe to the misty hills of the New World, explore how geography and climate shape the character of a wine. We will taste three or four wines at every session, learn the art of pairing wines with dishes that complement them, and gain insights into winemaking techniques. Whether you're a novice or a connoisseur, this course will deepen your appreciation and understanding of wine as a conduit of romance and cultural heritage.
