MS401 Improv for Wellbeing

About this event

Facilitators provided by Improv for Wellness

Led by a pair of professional improvisers, the Improv for Wellness workshops will introduce you to improvisational theatre, and apply it to real life! Through games, exercises and discussions, we will explore themes such as presence, acceptance, celebrating mistakes, co-creation, listening, storytelling, and more. Exercise your brain, unleash your creativity, connect with others, and improve your wellbeing. No experience required.

Each week, we focus on a different improv theme in a flexible way, adapting to your different abilities. Each week, we’ll have a warm-up, then new games and exercises related to the week’s theme, and discussing how improv skills relate to life and wellbeing.
