Online member registration starts on Tuesday, March 24 at 10 am. Member guests who are non-members will also be able to register for Social Hour and Sunset Socials during this day.

Around Town

Around Town is a series of occasional outings to Vancouver’s cultural and historic places. Every month or so we’ll visit a different site: perhaps a museum, gallery, special collection, or heritage place. It’s a friendly way to discover some of the city’s most interesting spaces.

Come and join us as we dine out, explore global cuisines, and enjoy a fun and delicious evening together.

Each month, we meet up at a different restaurant. It could feature the cuisine of China, Japan, India, Korea, Latin America, Mexico, the Middle East, Vietnam – well, you get the idea! Feast your way around the world, right here in our own diverse, multicultural city. Limit to 10 participants per evening.

Raise the Stage Theatre Outings

To join a specific theatre outing as advertised in the Friday Update, send an email to Jennifer Petersen at jennia2000@yahoo.com.

Meet up to see live theatre performances by Vancouver’s best theatre groups and socialize with fellow theatre enthusiasts. Group seating is available in some venues. After the show, we may go for happy hour or dinner. Kindly note that you’ll need to book your own seat through the theatre box office.

Savour Vancouver's Sunsets with live music, appetizing bits and a beverage from our Brock House Bar. We are featuring your favourite bands in our beautiful Marquee, dancing at the beach to the setting sun or join our tables of 8 for companionship with fellow members. Registration is currently unavailable, but please save the date for these popular events!
